Information we use
When you create a PDF, we record its target and paper settings together with your country, region, and approximate city. We also keep limited error information when a request fails. We do not use this information to identify you.
How we use it
We use this information to understand which target formats are useful, improve regional paper defaults, prevent misuse, and diagnose faults. We rely on our legitimate interests in improving, operating, and protecting the service. We do not sell or publish this information.
Storage and service providers
PDF export activity is kept for up to three months. Technical logs are kept only for as long as they are needed to operate and protect the service.
Cloudflare hosts PDF Targets and processes network information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Your IP address is not added to our PDF export activity. Cloudflare may process information outside the UK using its applicable data-transfer safeguards.
Your choices and rights
You may ask about information relating to you, object to its use, or ask us to erase it where the law provides these rights. Because PDF Targets does not create accounts or store direct identifiers with export activity, we may need the approximate time and short code to locate a particular event.
